Cancellation Policy:

If your appointment is canceled after the required 24 hours, you will be charged 50% of the scheduled value. If no notice is given, a no show fee of 100% will be charged to your credit card. This ensures your therapist is getting paid for the time she set aside for your treatment, which could otherwise be booked if the proper notice was given. Thank you for understanding.
